Foot Orthoses
$170.00 Assessment and Casting
(Required for custom foot orthoses. This replaces the consultation fee for that visit, it is not charged on top of it.)
$650.00 Custom Foot Orthoses
(A pair. Charged in addition to the assessment and casting appointment.)
$820.00 Total for custom foot orthoses
Assessment and casting $170.00 plus custom foot orthoses $650.00. There is no separate consultation fee. $820.00 is the total cost.
$100.00 Pre-Formed Orthoses
(“Off the shelf” orthoses, a pair.) $100.00 if you are buying them on their own. If they are fitted during a consultation, the consultation fee also applies.

Initial Consultation, 45 minutes
Your first visit with us. Time to take a full history, examine your feet and begin treatment.
Standard Consultation, 30 minutes
Ongoing care, if you have seen us before.
Long Consultation, 60 minutes
More complex problems, or where more than one issue needs attention in the same visit.

Nail Surgery
$550.00 Partial Nail Avulsion
One side of one nail, on one toe

$50.00 Dressing appointment
Most people need three or four dressing appointments after the procedure. A maximum of four is charged. Each appointment is claimed separately.

Claiming and Funding
Medicare Chronic Disease Management
We accept Chronic Disease Management referrals from your GP. The fee is payable in full on the day. We lodge the claim with Medicare on your behalf, and Medicare pays the rebate to you.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs
We are a registered DVA provider.
Private health funds
We offer on-the-spot claiming through HICAPS for most funds.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another patient. We reserve the right to charge a fee for appointments cancelled at short notice or missed without notice.
